Service Description

easeRequirements is a native Jira plugin that turns Jira into a true requirements management tool: hierarchical tree, traceability, baselines, coverage analysis and document export. In a GxP context, it lets you manage URS, FS and CS directly in Jira, with no third-party tool, while maintaining complete, auditable traceability. Objective: Enable participants to structure and manage the requirements of a validation project in Jira using easeRequirements, from drafting through to generating regulatory deliverables. Training modules: 1. Introduction to easeRequirements - Positioning versus native Jira, CSV use cases, plugin architecture. 2. Requirements tree structure - Building a requirements hierarchy (URS, FS, CS), organizing into folders, drag-and-drop, contextual navigation. 3. Baseline management - Creating snapshots at key milestones (end of drafting, approval, audit), comparing versions, document freeze. 4. Traceability and coverage analysis - Links between requirement levels and with Xray tests, coverage matrix, gap identification, suspect view (impact of a change on linked requirements). 5. Change management - Automatic impact detection (suspect logic), review workflow, change traceability for the audit trail. 6. Document export - Generating Word and Excel documents from the tree, coverage and traceability views, using corporate templates. 7. Hands-on workshop - Working on a simulated validation project: drafting requirements, creating a baseline, coverage analysis, exporting the deliverable. By the end of this training, you will be able to manage the entire requirements lifecycle in Jira with easeRequirements, maintain complete traceability and produce the deliverables expected during GxP validation.
