Service Description

Rovo is Atlassian's AI solution natively integrated into Jira and Confluence. Beyond chat and smart search, Rovo lets you build configurable agents that can automate complex business tasks: drafting deliverables, requirements analysis, validation tracking, reporting. In a GxP context, these agents are a major lever for reducing the documentation workload while maintaining regulatory traceability. Objective: Enable participants to design, configure and deploy Rovo agents suited to computerized system validation processes and GxP workflows within the Atlassian suite. Training modules: 1. Introduction to Rovo - Architecture, the difference between Rovo Chat, Rovo Search and Rovo Agents, licensing prerequisites (Premium/Enterprise Cloud). 2. The three types of Rovo agents - Conversational agents, business agents and automation agents: when to use each type in a CSV context. 3. Building a Rovo agent - Studio interface, configuration via prompt or manual setup, knowledge sources (Confluence, Jira, Google Drive), permissions and governance. 4. Business agents for CSV - Designing an agent able to draft a test protocol, analyze a URS, detect coverage gaps or summarize a validation sprint. 5. Automation agents in workflows - Integration into Jira automation rules: triggers, actions, sub-agents. Example: automatic generation of a Confluence page when a Test Execution is closed. 6. Agent governance and validation - Reviewing agents across the organization, evaluating responses (Rovo Agent Evals), rights management, audit trail of AI actions. 7. Hands-on workshop - Building and testing a CSV agent under real conditions: defining the need, configuration, testing on project data, adjustments and deployment. By the end of this training, you will be able to design operational Rovo agents suited to GxP requirements and integrate them into your validation workflows to reduce manual workload while preserving regulatory traceability.
